Can you tell me about Shubham Arcade Spoorthy in Chanda Nagar?
Q: My friend lives in Chandanagar area and when I asked him about a good project he suggested Shubham Arcade Spoorthy. Is it good. I want a second opinion before moving forward.

Hi Can any body tell me the best price over there i am planning for 1300 3bhk,builder is quoting around 3000 i dont know how to bargain properly so title confused over bargaining. Sri Lakshmi Builders are the developers of this residential project. It will have 100 to 500 apartments in here spread across 10 huge blocks with 6 floors in each of these blocks so expect this to be a really big place in chandanagar.
Hi did u buy the flat over there? If yes then can you help me over price negotiation.

Pollution in Bachupally-Miyapur road
Q: Hi , I'm planning to buy a plot in Anurag colony which is on bachupally miyapur road and near by coca cola factory. Is it safe to buy there because I'm concerned about the water and air pollution people are talking about there. But there are many villas and rows houses being constructed there ranging from 50L-2cr. On the side of the raod of this colony there are a number of apartments people are living. Please suggest me on this.

I too have same question? I Searched a property near volvo service center.. Residents are saying ample of water peacefull area. its also in my budget.But so many friends are saying its near to industry and its polluted.
