Loan against B Katha Property
Q: I own a flat which is under B Katha . I need a loan against my property to start my business. Can any one please help.

Latest Answer: Nationalized banks are not providing any home loans against B-Katha property.You can go to the sub-registrar office to get the site converted according to govt. If you want a home loan it is better to convert your B-Khata property to A -Khata. Some of the private banks provide home loans for B-Katha sites but at a much higher rate and shall have too many terms and conditions.
