Q: Hi..what are the revised Stamp and registration charges in Hyderabad..??

Hey guys The stamp duty in Hyderabad is dependent on different criteria s eg: sales deed or conveyance deed. 1. Sales deed (Stamp duty 4% and registration charges 0.50% ) 2. Conveyance Deed (gift, mortgage, lease etc.) the stamp duty charges would be 5% and registration charges 0.50%.
hello sir what is the process for registration of lease deed for a house in Gachi Bowli area and does owner have to present for registration.
