Q: Any good/bad experience with Sonya Chang (realtor based in Thousand Oaks) ? We're looking to purchase a townhome under her guidance Any suggestions/experiences?

Avoid to deal with the agent rather that you should directly deal with the builder. If you are not able to finalise then take legal expert help.
