We have booked 2 Flats in Gruha Kalyan... And they are told that it is regidtered pprty ? did nyone booked flat in Aster
Q: Can anyone tell did you get any documents regarding the same and is that reliable ?

Latest Answer: Please don't book, even i planned to book 1 bhk 2 flats, v went and enquired about the land, its under litigation itseems, local people are telling that property case is going on in court..... my bad luck i issued i gave cheque leaves in the name of Gruha Kalyan, they assured me they will not present the cheque to bank, till v pay the cash as booking amount of Rs. 1 lakh, for assurance they took cheque from us,. when v informed them v r not interested in these flats because under litigation... still they present cheques RS. 1 lakh without informing us.
