I am owner of a flat in The Greens. as an initiative to help people, let me give you the current state.
Construction- Builder has completed basic block to extract full value of the flat as slabs are complete.
No progress post that. Builder is always telling different stories to the owners. Mostly the executives dont pick up calls, and when they do, they give a vague answer with no definite dates or progress. Employees quit every other month and you dont know whom to talk to. Same concerns are raised on FB group. For a long while now I havent seen one positive comment.
Pre EMI- Well, most owners have 2-3 EMIs pending. They started with NEFT and gradually changed it to posting cheques on owners address. You have to keep calling them for cheque and even if you get a cheque its post dated. Now is the cherry on the cake- THE CHEQUE BOUNCES atleast couple of time before you can finally realize the payment.
Quality of Contruction- Its the first project of builder with no past experience and as per my view no credibility. So I doubt regarding the quality. Builder launched another project in Devanahalli and its not even begun yet. All I hear around is people cursing themselves for having made this purchase.
My Advice- If you like having a KICK in your life you can go ahead and play with danger. Please note, THIS RIDE IS NOT FOR FAINT HEARTED. I have burnt enough blood and now treating this as a lost cause..

There is soo much of development happening at Greens site where the landscaping, plantation, amenities have come to a presentable shape. Send a mail to crm@indyaestates.com for updates. We have regular meetings at site where clients come and meet us in an open forum, till date we do not have a client named Ekta, nor has she come to meet us ever. Guys awake up and appreciate your investments.

indya estates promised at the time of purchase that EMI would start after possession only.
please mail me the procedure to reimburse my EMIs paid till now.
And also please give date of pocesson of OAK A
As far as I know Phase I expected to get completed by December 2014, Phase II by December 2015 and Phase III by June 2016. I tried calling but no one is receiving the call. Strange!!!

Phase 1 is still not completed.. I am yet to receive my flat.. I am not sure whether these guys are doing the work properly or not.. I called hundreds of times no one bothers to respond.. I cant come to India to fight with them..
My situation is also same. i cannt come to India and see what is happening.They are sending same images whenever i ask for the progresss. Contact persons are keep on changing in Indya estatemes.
Dont know when they will give pocession.
