Q: Sharing my experience thru this forum, if you are looking for rental flat in pimple saudagar / jagtap dairy side in pune avoid Aditya Real Estate http://www.justdial.com/Pune/Aditya-Real-Estate-%3Cnear%3E-Opp-shiv-sakti-enterprises-Pimple-Saudagar/020PXX20-XX20-130202131902-S2U6_BZDET In recent past me and others had negative experience about tenants referred thru this broker. They turned out to be defaulters. There was very little help from this broker to sort out the matters. They are in hurry to get the deal done and seek their profit, later the landlords suffers.
