Dholera Metro City, Gujarat
Q: Hello, Is it worth investing in the Dholera Metro city project ? I dont see any one talking about it lately.

Hi Sushil, As far as I know the booking is open for Dholera Metro City -3. Currently the price they are quoting is Rs 477 per sqft. Project goals are to double the employement potential, triple industrial output and quadruple exports from the region in next five years. So investing in this project can fetch u good returns :) :)
Thanks Aneek. it scares me a bit as they are now offering one plot free when you purchase one plot, I mean this is something which I feel not good sign for the purpose of investment. Thanks for the information anyways. Will keep myself out of Dholera for the time being.
