Latest Answer: Yes, There was public notice in 'Sakal' newspaper that Central bank of India has taken possession of Land (Eastern ranges plot) which was mortgaged by builder for loan. With current outstanding of ~52 cr, Central bank has acquired it under SARFAESI Act.
