Price and Constuction quality of haware citi
Q: I am planning to buy flat in gb road thane , can i know more about haware citi construction quality n per sq.ft price ? I am planning to purchase 2bhk so can I know what will be cost there?

Hi Riddhi, As far as construction quality is concerned, you have to visit the project site. You can judge it better than anyone else. Secondly, You are going to invest a huge amount there. So, my advice to you visit the site and see the approaching road, connectivity, basic facilities from the project site, neighborhood issues etc. Currently, the asking rate is 8541/sq-ft. for a 2bhk in 761 sq-ft. (564 carpet area). It will cost to you Rs.65 lakh all inclusive.
