I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?

Hi..can anyone help me understand how to get refund from these people. The lady in CRM is just not responding...They don't respond at all...is there a direct email id of MD or any higher-up...Do I have to go there and create a scene ( which I actually hate to do) to get my money back? please help me with a reply

Two ways now either we need too bring this Media notice or put police complaint .they are not construction builders they are only acting like agents making fun with customer money

Hi every one I too have have invested my money in lotus whitefield and I got the land documents and mou very next day everything was looking fine in but still have to cross check....
i too made lotus investment .Have you checked whether they owned construction or some third party owned construction they are tied up some big builder .with our money they shared the profit .
