Karia Orchid - need few suggestion
Q: Hello, I have been to Karia Orchid and liked the apt. 2bhk ~58L. It fits my requirement too, ready to move, within budget. My only concern is water. I am told by the sales person that they provide tanker and it's common in Wagholi as there is no pipe line connection. He was willing to provide me contacts of their Exotica project residents to check with them if they ever faced any water problem. Can anyone already staying in Orchid please share the water situation. What about drinking water ? Thanks in advance

Hi, Every new society does face water problems, the builder has been supplying water through tankers currently which is sufficient, more over entire wagholi is dependent on tanker for supply of water. But assure you that no problem with water supply.
