Q: Hi, i was asked 3.625% service tax on sale amount from the seller of Flat. This Flat/Apartment is Landlord's share. He said there is No VAT on land lord's flats but there is service tax which meeds to be paid. He said this rule is new from April. Please let me know is this information correct?

Sale Agreement states the terms and conditions of the sale, agreed by both seller and buyer. On the other hand,the Sale Deed, states that the deal has been finalized and that the property has been handed over by the seller to the buyer

Q: Hi, i am buying New Apartment in Hyderabad, Telangana. Total cost of the flat in Sale Agreement ih High but for Registration and stamp duty purpose Rate is calculated as per Govt. Rate which is lesser than actual selling cost by owner. Now if i want to give all of the amount (Govt value+additional market rate by owner), i heard we can do Deed of Transfer of Rights(DOTOR) and pay through check for that additional cost. i am also planning to take bank loan of 10 Lakhs. please let me know. It is situated in close proximity to Hitec City. A friend of mine purchased a 2 BHK apartment in this project for the same price range that you are looking at. Definitely seems to be one to look out for with its great location and price. Tempted to even invest in it myself.

Latest Answer: some people said Manikonda in replies but i heard there is water problem in that area and west of hyderabad. i am not interested in water problem area. and Gachibowli, kondapur, madhapur are costly areas. i prefer other localities which has transportation facility to Gachibowli and Hitech city areas. can anybody list some nice under construction apartments. my budget is 50-55 lakhs.
