Hi Guys, Last Saturday on 20th February, 2016 i Visit to Dream Valley site. The total work of construction is stopped due to non-Sufficient funds with Amrapali group. I asked the Contractor person why has been stopped the work? They told me Last 3 to 4 months the work has stooped because the Builder neither paid the money (Payment to Contractor) to us last 6 months and nor they provide material for making Tower (Shortage of Material due to Non-Sufficient funds with Amrapali Group). all Towers are in Uncompleted condition. The Amrapali guys said the we shell provide Possession till Dec., 2017. We request to all flat buyer please ask to Amrapali Group CMD Dr. Anil Kumar Sharma when will he provide Possession to us our Dream flat? I am also a flat buyer in block B. Prem, Delhi

Is there any clause in builder buyer agreement whether builder had to give the compensatory amount to buyers if possession is delayed.

Hello Sir, Do you have any updates on Amrapali Dream Valley Ph-2? I have brought 1 BHK in November, 2012 and possession was expected in 3 yrs + 6 months grace period. But Even after 3.6 yrs., i didn't get my flat possession. Till now the builder has created the structure and nothing else. I have paid the 95% amount and giving rent as well as EMI. I am in great difficulties. I am joining the what'sApp Group. Thanks

Hi Kajal, Please join Whatsapp group for more information. Many buyers are planning to go to take take legal action against builder. Some are looking for shifting alternatives what Amrapali has promised in some of the meetings. Please ping me on whatsapp I will add you in these groups.

Hi Prashant kindly add me in buyer group .I bought flat in dream valler-CB12-1504. when I called their office and site office nobody is responding. infect the person at site office saying that now they are giving contract to third party for construction an may be it will take another three year to complete and if we surrender it then as per him Amrapali will not refund money as they are facing funds constrainst. regrds manoj mishra 9910663330
