Need to know the progress of the development
Q: When will the construction of Srushti Orbit Start, on Date - 9th of September 2014, nothing has started, will keep track of the progress and communicated to the entire stack holder so need information from the WS developers.

Hi, Yes, they haven't started the construction work but you will find the possession date of the project i.e. December'2015. I have word with their sales executive and he said that it will take another 4-5 months.
Hi, I too have invested in buying a flat in Srusti Orbit, which has delayed the possession date. Now there are no further updates from their side. All the contacts are non functional, and Mr. Shelar and Mr. Wajale is not responding to the calls. Please do le me know if you have any contacts from WS Developers, Srusti Orbit. Hi, Wagholi is strategically located on the Pune-Nagar Highway, it is also close to the Kharadi IT hub. Developers started exploring Wagholi as a potential location around 2007 due to heavy demand by flat buyers. It is popular because of the affordability factor, proximity to various IT parks, good connectivity via Nagar Road which has now been widened and access to social infrastructure, malls (Inorbit Mall, Phoenix Market City), schools and hotels.

Thank you for the reply. (I was not expecting any). We need to keep this discussion centered to the current development on the Srushti Orbit, in which we all have invested. If we track the development (I mean structural development) then people who are actually not able to visit the place in person will also be aware of the progress. Also one of my concerns is that if the developers have agreed to hand over the completed flats by Dec 2015, then they should have started the construction by now, but the progress is very slow. I will again update the progress next month.

No contact for Srusti Orbit are responding
Q: I am trying to get updates for the progress on Srusti Orbit flat, which I have bought 3 years back, but the possession date is not yet finalized. It is frustrating, this seem a fraudulent project this way.

I just visited the site and talked to Mr Shelar, he informed that the Market Yard office is shut down and new offices are opening up at the site (i.e. for Regency, its at the site and same is the case for Orbit). The property is over taken by another party and they are starting the construction this Gudi Padwa, and possession will be given by next year with some more provisions.
