Selling Red zone land legal or illegal?
Q: Hi, Any advice on legality of selling red zone land? If the private construction is considered unauthorized, then selling such red zone land would possibly be illegal. Expert opinion solicited. Thanks in advance.

Latest Answer: As far as I know Red Zone is meant only for Public and semi-Public such as Temple, Medical College, Institutions, Hospitals etc. I think selling such kinds of land is illegal but I would suggest you to take advice from a legal expert in this matter.
