hi, wanted to ask when do builders charge for car parking charges and society maintenance charges in case of an under co

Latest Answer: Most of the builders charged car parking charges at the time of registration of ftat but you maintenance charges paid only after formation of the society. or after getting the possession of the flat. Better, you check your agreement for clause of maintenance.
