Need help to invest in villa at mallampet
Q: Hi Friend, I am planning to purchase villa at praneeth pranav gems in mallampet. Rate will be near about 45 lakhs. I am looking this as a investment as well as stay purpose. Can you please suggest ROI which I will get after a tenure of 5-10 years?

Dude, it's an awesome project :D The project is spead over 8 acres of land with approximately 126 customization villas with with varied sizes and suitable budget. The project is adjacent to ORR, 9 km from Miyapur Metro, Nizampet, 7 km from ICBT @ Miyapur, 3 km from Old Bombay Highway and the project is also close to many reputed educational institutions.
So which project is gud one at berumguda or mallempet as far as investment is concerned?
