Hi everybody, i am looking to invest in Rajarhat Side in Kolkata. Is there any good project? Can somebody give me the details of that project and their price details?
what is the location advantages of this project? When is the project going to complete and which are the bankers offering loans against this property?

Location looks excellent from connectivity point of views. I saw the lake and park as today's 'Lake' areas and I 'dream' it will be one of the posh area in Kolkata, after 20 years like current Southern Avenue area!! Lake Nucifera area could have been the location but that area is inside from MAR now... the parallel MAR may add to that area.
Secondly, there are not many big project sites available around that area. North side and east side of the lake is all commercial and individual plots. West side is village. Only some options in south-west side of the lake, where this particular project is.

They have got approval for electricity from WBSEB and KMSWA has approved for water. The expected date of possession will be March-2020.

Do you stay in Rajarhat area? How is the locality of Rajarhat and how far is the basic amenities such as markets/Malls, schools, health care facilities and that Rajarhat is very near to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport and upcoming metro Rail?
