I have booked flat with Sai Sadguru Builder undertaking Tirupati Balaji Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. (Sadguru Angan - Chiple project) in the year 2015 (February), but still they are waiting for approval ...(God knows when it will be done).i went to office many times (Mentally exhausted) , also Mr. Dyaneshwar Sharma no picks phone. I try to collect the information from office & found MD, Mahendra Pawankumar Sing arrested by police & he is under custody i am trying to collect updated information but office staff also not aware. After checking i found they (Sai Sadguru Builder undertaking Tirupati Balaji Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd.) have NOT got any approval from CIDCO for Chiple project.

I am aslo in same situation i am also so mentally distress and main problem is their is no reply by the employees of sadguru angan.please friends suggest me also ,but one employee have said recently that he is going to get a bail till 8 th june but don't know he got or not i am going to visit their office in panvel one time.

Sadguru Angan is a delay project by Tirupati Balaji Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. and their almost all project in MMR is getting delay. People those who have invested their hard earned money in their project are still waiting for the possession.
AS of now, they have not get approval from CIDCO. Let's watch and see when is the project going to start. We all are the victims of their project. If you are getting any update on it plz. share with us. Thanks

Hi Sachin,
I will advise you to open a FB Group and invite all the owners of this project for taking legal action. But before that you have to check your agreement first. Is there any clause for compensation on delay of the project? If yes, then consult a legal expert for further action. i am also one of the victim of Sadguru Angan project.
