I am planning to invest in one of the projects of theirs, so I visited the website and called the company. My relative already booked a property and visited the site. The prices are economical and located all over the Chennai. They completed more than 100 projects all across Chennai. There are many projects off Than Nandi Durga Rd as the area has many schools and is very close to IT Park. One particular project from apranjeestates interested me a lot due to its unique nature of having villas. Upscale which has nearly constructed row villas are unique investment ventures in this area. I have booked a home in upscale and the handover is in this year end!Hello Gopi,
