We are considering the Empyrean as a possible option for settling in Bangalore. We live in and work near Whitefield (ITPL. Just concerned about the 17km distance from ITPL and the fact that there ar no regular buses or Volvo transport from this place. Are the multiple exits to the project? Is the exist closest to ITPL really 17 km away?

Considering the price and the quality i found its worth but my worries are the connectivity to parts of city such as whitefield is 20 kms and outer ring road is 30 kms. Hi,
I am pretty sure that the proposed school with in the Empyrean will not be ready when people move in. At best a kindergarten might be there. So which schools are you considering for your kids if you are planning to move to the Empyrean?
The schools near Sarjapur are at least 17-20km away and I doubt if they will provide transport to Empyrean if we are not considerable in numbers.

Hi,
I have bought a flat in bangalore. The builder has not provided STP by saying that building plan approval was before the new rule for STP and it does not apply to us. Pollution control board has served a notice to us asking for STP installation. Builder is not ready to pay for this and asking us to pay the cost for the same. The building is on 1st year maintenance and builder is maintaining it.
Please advise what are the various legal option available to us.
