also, any issues so far whoever booked the flats interms of Certifications from builder?
Glad to hear that you finalized the deal. I purchased long time ago so the price can vary. Moreover there is demonetization effect on the prices. You have to check that too.
So far nothing major there are few minor things which are not show-stoppers. Check with a good lawyer you will come to know more on the documents..

I heard the builder is asking 12% extra for gst.. Is that true??
they told there will be extra amount.. But not told the exact %.. But anyhow the market is down now you can get at good rate.

Dear trinath, how you will ensure that they will give OC? I also talked one guy. He told that He can give CC not OC check with builder once. OC is not easy to get for small projects.
When I checked with the marketing guy there they told they will give OC and they will write the same in Agreement as well. otherwise what else can be done to legally bind?
