Need info aboy Panchsheel Pebbles projects
Q: Planning to buy a property in Indirapuram,vaishali near by areas. What are all the good an reliable projects available. Hows this Panchsheel Pebbles projects ? Read lots of complaint about this builder,is it safe to go with this project.

Hi Raj, Panchsheel Pebbles by Panchsheel Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. located at Sector-3, Vaishali. It offers 2 and 3BHK spacious flats. Its sizes are available from 1035 - 1135 sq.ft in 2BHK while 1365 - 1685 sq.ft in 3BHK. It's current price quoted by developer is Rs.6181/sq-ft. This project is spread over 2 acres of land, developing 250 units of 2 and 3BHK flats in 3-towers. As per the developers it's possession date will be December'2018.
But as per my info builder is giving possession date of Jan 2018.Is there any change ?
