Related to STP
Q: Hi, I have bought a flat in bangalore. The builder has not provided STP by saying that building plan approval was before the new rule for STP and it does not apply to us. Pollution control board has served a notice to us asking for STP installation. Builder is not ready to pay for this and asking us to pay the cost for the same. The building is on 1st year maintenance and builder is maintaining it. Please advise what are the various legal option available to us. Thanks, Kundan
