Is it value for money to buy an 8 Yr old 750 Sq.ft apartment - 50 meters away from NH at RC puram, Hyd - for 16L?
Q: Apartment features: Near Sangeetha Theatre 8 Yr Old (common walls) 3 floors (10 flats on each floor) + 4 pent houses No car parking (one can buy with 1L) Lift and watchman (Maintenance 1K/month) Undivided land share (25 square yards) Not a gated community Nice and finished woodwork Quoted price: 16L (seller quoting slightly negotiable up to 15L) Bought for 14.8 L before 8 Yrs. Rented for 5 years and occupied by owners from past 3 yrs.

Latest Answer: Right now the rate per sqft going on is Rs 2150 per sqft but buying a 8 yrs old property for Rs 16 lakhs is not worth what I feel. Why don't you go for some new property in the same locality?
