Hi Nilesh, I had booked 1bhk in River Residency Ph-3 around Oct-2014. As per discussion with sales person not compulsory to buy parking for 1bhk and it was compulsory for 1.5 and 2bhk flats .I had questioned as there are 4 to 5 building with 1bhk where we all be able to do parking and I was informed by sales person that common parking will be available inside premises of building where we can park our vehicles. Now my flat is ready for possession and they now are telling that I have to park my vehicle outside building premises on footpath. I informed them as per discussion with sales person I was told common parking will be inside premises but I was told by builder that there was no such plan and if sales person informed me such thing while selling flat than they are not aware of it .
