Question about DB Ozone
Q: Hi, have visited DB ozone & have found the property interesting. Would like to know if its good to go considering the long delay in project delivery (still is in progress). Hope all the documents are cleared & updates if any.

Latest Answer: Hello Jayaksh, I have bought one in building no-9 buildings 1 to 4 have been given possession. They are giving contracts to finish the work. The project is registered under MAHA RERA and its RERA Registration number is P51700003433. So, they are bound to finish the project by Dec 2019. All the documents uploaded are clear.
