Hi frnds, this project is situated at the junction of Kadambadi and GST. Hence the appreciation will be high. Its due to the presence of the roads and infrastructure of the area.

Hi heard that this project will fetch good appreciation and if investment is is about Rs 25 Lac, then we can get a return of Rs 50 lac within 3 to 5 years. Although the appreciation is very good but i want to know how cum so much??

The main reason is...the place thiruporur has become new taluk...so kelambakkam-thiruporur can be a next tambaram in 3 to 4 yrs down the line...Hiranadhini proposed a big project near our layout is one of the reason....after all, government has proposed kelambakkam depot on the way to our layout......and so kelambakkam junction has become main hub for ECR and GST Road Access.......all these factors play equally for the appreciation of the property......
