Realty market of Kolkata: E M Bypass
Q: I have observed that the real estate market of E M Bypass is showing great progress? I will be happy if anybody share me localities review of EM Bypass for investment in residential property?

My comments to replies
As per commonfloor data the average monthly rental rate of a 1 BHK in this area is between Rs 7500 and Rs 9000. To rent a 2 BHK, one will have to pay between Rs 18,000 and Rs 21,000 per month. The amounts go up to Rs 27,000-33,000 for a 3 BHK and Rs 43,000-61,000 for a 4 BHK.
The price range shared above is too costly for a empty flat according to the location. it is not even in the IT hub of the city. This price range is acceptable only when the flat is fully furnished with all the amenities including geyser, ac, washing machine, kitchen utensils and everything. Sorry to say but this is the truth. No intensions to hurt anyone's sentiments.
