What is the status of this project now?
Q: Booked one apartment in 2009. But until now no update from the owner. Whenever we are asking about the apartment, still waiting for the permission from the muncipality.

But Jaydeep, In all the website it is mentioned as the possession has already started. Why dont you visit the project in person once.
Already visited and discussed Mr. Abishek. Still some works are not completed in my apartment. Everytime, from their office will discuss with MD and get back to you. the same reply is getting.MD is not available at any time as well as not reachable also. People started to stay there, but official approvals from Muncipality is not yet . If the project is completed as per their website, why don't they make the official handing over to all their clients.
