Ready to move in?
Q: I would like to know if the C wing is ready for possession. When I last checked inDec they were awaiting the OC. Is the OC through? If not yet, when is it expected?

Hello Sangeeta, Before 30th April 2017, every builder has to register their project with RERA. From first May 2017, RERA is imposed in every real estate project. I am sure, they have got their OC for Ajmera Pristine. Talk to builder directly and know the status.
I checked. There is still no OC and no reply and no registration done with RERA either
