Hi Washim, I have heard a lot of negative reviews against this project. So do all your due diligence before booking your flat in Aditya Nisarg Palms, Bavdhan, Pune. As per the residents of Aditya Comfort Zone, they are facing so much troubles and above that no one to hear their complaints. There are already 6-7 thefts cases have happened. Every alternate day there is a electricity and water issue. And above all this society engineers says that we did not ask you to buy or rent a flat in Comfort Zone so it was your decision to take the flat so bear with it.
I am a resident of Nisarg Palms. I haven't experienced any issues like theft and all. Rather I am enjoying my stay at this place. I would say that people should visit this place, I am sure people are going to like it.
