Q: 8. I am an NRI and I want to buy a flat here. In the beginning they thought I was not wanting to buy flat or do anything because I went to see the buildings progress and location and I had difficulty telling them that I am here to see the site and location. So it was little hard in beginning but then when they understood my sentence, they helped me a lot. All facilities are good and all the staff and people are also very good. To me, this is a nice place to buy a flat and a great investment opportunity. Even though language problem is there a little bit, we were able to talk openly and I did not feel any different kind of treatment at all. That is a very important thing. I know that if I book flat here I will be in good hands and that they will clear my every doubt.
