How to get delivery in Cascades, KOLKATA
Q: Can anyone recommend a good lawyer in Kolkata as I have paid 95% for a flat in Unitech Cascades Tower 9 in 2007 and still in 2017 do not know when I will get delivery. Alternatively any advice as to how to solve this issue will be appreciated

Hi Alfred, I which tower, you had booked your flat? As most of the property portal is showing that project is completed. Did you meet with the builder? What is builder saying? You can take the advice of a legal expert in your area. You can also search in Google using keyword best lawyer in Newtown or Rajarhat.
Hi Alokesh, Thank you for responding. The flat is in Tower 9. Yes the Towers are completed about 4 or 5 years ago but nothing is happening inside the towers. So basically they are all shells. I believe that of the 76 towers hardly 20% have been completed & handed over. I will contact a lawyer as per your advice. Thank you once again. Best Regards Alfred
