Is it safe to buy Bren Starlight
Q: I am planning to buy Bren Starlight old madras road. Is it safe to buy this property. Are they having all the legal approvals for this. And eill they be giving CC and OC Is it under A khata?

Hi Kumar, Bren Starlight, Old Madras Road, Bangalore is a KARERA approved project and its registration number is PR-KN-170729-000368. As far as the local body is concerned, BDA approved project and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions such as HDFC, ICICI, Axis, SBI, IDBI etc are funding this project. Yes, It is a A-Khata property.

Hi Daksh, I am also want to book a 2 BHK flat in Bren Straight, Old Madras Road, Bangalore and my budget is Rs.70L. May I know the configuration available in 2BHK and its current asking rate per sqft?
