Q: I have very recently (in Jan 2013) booked 1bhk (625 sq ft @Rs.3600) in Gogel Ganga's pre-launch residential project in Dhanori (construction is yet to start). Its near Sahara City project. The project completion is in March 2016 (as per Goel Ganga builder). Is it worth investment? How is Goel Ganga builders construction quality? This is first time I will be dealing with them. Can you give some details on Gagan adhira I have known its date of possesion and have rera number also, but is the builder trustworthy and have heard there is water problem as it does not come under Pmc..!! Hi Heena, I am giving you pros and cons of all three project and now you can herself decide that which project you should go or which not. Ganga Newtown Dhanori by Goel Ganga Developments is located at Dhanori, Pune. It is offering 1 and 2 BHK flats ranging from 374-414 sq-ft.(carpet area) in 1 BHK and 580-837 sq-ft.(carpet area) in 2 BHK. Its current per square foot asking rate is Rs.8700. Cons- From MAHARERA,We can see that there is a litigation for this project. A court case is pending from 2014 for this project and its not reveled what court case it is. Need to be aware of such things before booking now. They said it will be available by December 2018 but when agreement came it said 2021. Now you can decide urself.

Hi Heena, I would like to suggest you to go with both the project according to your choice as both projects are MAHARERA approved and if there is any delay on possession then builder has to pay delay compensation with interest. So, its your choice now.
But as you said the Ganga new town has some legal case going on..!!
