I booked flat in 2010 but still possession has not been given. I wrote email to Kasa Isels and they replied that possession will be given in last quarter of 2018. How far it is correct, difficult to say. But at the bottom of their reply they informed about the Insolvency application also. I wrote again telling them about Insolvency but they did notr reply evenafter sending them six reminders.
