Q: Requesting all investors to do a thorough research before investing in GGPL and now GGPL-CNTC. All investors of Golden Grand Project are put to tremendous hardship and threats, for seeking for GGPL Deliverables...for example the Club House is not been handed over to the residents, even after first resident occupied 5 years back.

Yes, I heard that there was some issue with this project for which the project was stopped for some time. But anyway alls well that ends well. Now it is in ready-to-move-in. And thanks for sharing your valuable feedback with us. Hope, it will help a lot of the first-time home buyer.
Why only first time buyers, the feedback is for all new buyers, same builder is having issues in all his projects...nothing is well and nothing is ended well, still major amenities are not provided such as Club House, due to their change in plan, the basement gets flooded.......and causing danger to vehicles and residents...
