Is there any development in Loni Kalbhor

I did not find any development in this locality as this locality is already developed and many builders and developers are coming with their projects.The Mula-Mutha river flows close on the northern side of the village. The Solapur Highway as well as the main Pune - Secunderabad Railway line pass close to the village. The village is also served by PMPML bus service run by the Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad corporations. All the daily basic necessities are within the stone throw away distance.
Hi Sharabani, I have already my flat of 2 bhk 957 sq. ft. I was in dilemma that whether I have taken the right decision or not. I am not seeing any development with respect of investment as my flat is 2 kms inner from highway. Some times I think that while it's sale do I get it's return or not which I have invested on 2013 @ 31 lacs. Please suggest?

Hi Rajiv, Are you looking for property in Loni Kalbhor? What is your budget and BHK requirement? Are you looking for an under-construction project or ready-to-move-in?
Hi Nikhil, I have already my flat of 2 bhk 957 sq. ft. I was in dilemma that whether I have taken the right decision or not.
