Latest Answer: Hi Ravi, Generally, Carpet area is around 70 to 80 percent of Super Built-up area. But note that this percentage varies from project to project and builder to builder. If the payment is made on Super Built-up Area. Then the calculation will be - let us take your example if Carpet Area is 600 sqft. What would be Super Built-up Area? Let us assume the ratio is 75:25. Here, Carpet Area is 75 percent of Super Built-up area. Now the Super Built Up Area=600 plus 25 percent of 600=600+150=750 Sqft. So, the payment will be made on 750 sqft, not 600 sqft.
