Budget of 40 - 45 L and am looking for a 2bhk property. Will be moving to bangalore in 7-8 years. Kndly suggest locality

Here is the list of best localities available in Bangalore as per your budget and investment time frame. These Localities are Yelahanka, Kanakpura Road, Sadashiv Nagar, Devanahalli, Hennur Road, Whitefield, and Bannerghatta. I will suggest you go with Bannerghatta Road. This locality is well connected to major IT Hubs and has witnessed a rise in commercial activity over the recent period of time. Areas like Kanakpura Road and Whitefield have very strong potential for ROI when it comes to real estate investments in Bangalore.
Hello Harshit, thanks for your reply. As my office is in majestic, I will be travelling there on a daily basis ie. When I move to bangalore in a couple of years. Kindly advise as to which locality from the ones you have suggested will be better from metro / bus connectivity to majestic point of view. Your opinion is highly appreciated.
