Better, verify the property with your local body and ask whether, all dues have been paid by the current owner or not, check whether the property is registered in the name of the person whom you are going to buy or not. After local body clearance, you can go for it.
actually i am directly dealing with owner, send papers for legal opinion , what other steps to take verify complete property?
