Q: This 59-acre project is located off Mysore road in the South of Bangalore. This area is slated for development due to its proximity to NICE corridor and its easy connectivity to Electronic City, Tumkur Road, Bannerghatta Road and other parts of Bangalore through NICE road and Mysore Road.

I normally do not review projects after I visit them, but I am on the lookout for a project and must say, so far only Sunworth has come close to meeting my expectation. We were looking for a house that can provide both, good connectivity to the city and amenities for the kids. A project by Alembic which is name as Urban forest Developed in a large area with all basic facilities and amenities. Kids area is well managed. My husband and I were planning to buy a house and move in with our parents. We were looking for houses that are spacious and have gardens within the community. One of our friends referred to Concorde Napa Valley. We were guided right from the visit till the time we got the keys to our house.
