I have decided on 2 properties but stuck in between as what to finalize further.
Prestige Lakeside Habitat (2321 sqft) and Sobha Habitech (2225 sqft) almost at the same price.
PLH is bigger apartment complex, the volume apartment will speak about the availability sooner or later in about 2-3 years
Connectivity is problem (Station/ Airport)
Slightly far away from the areas of Mahadevapura and Marathahalli
Schools are near by
Hospitals are little far
Nearest Metro will be 6 to 7 kms away (hope farm junction) in about 2 years.
Bigger play area and amenities
During the road expansion from 25 ft to 100 ft its going to be a chaos travelling back and forth to office (ITPL)
Sobha Habitech is smaller apartment complex has a very ordinary front elevation.
Connectivity is very good
Schools are near by
Hospitals are near by
Malls and Shopping Areas are near or accessible by Metro in about 2 years.
Bigger play area and amenities
Go for Sobha Habitech by Sobha Limited in Whitefield and try to negotiate the price. As the locality of this project is excellent. It has good connectivity to other parts of the city and at the same time, it has all the basic amenities nearby. Just do not go on bigger flat size. You have to spent a lot of amount on conveyance and time.
Thank you Vaibhav, absolutely I am also of the same thought when its comes to connectivity and shops nearby. The only advantage I see in PLSH is that the huge numbers apartments (Utopia and Godrej 24) would have decent burst of commercial establishments and activity inside the apartment to address (3500+ homes). But as you said logistics because a problem in such places.

Are all approvals are in place for both the project? Check which project got State RERA approval. Check basic amenities from the project site, electricity and water condition in the society, connectivity, transport facilities. Take the advice of the owner who has booked in it.
