Purchasing One part of approve plot
Q: Can anyone please tell me if there is any risk in purchasing one part of approved land which is not Sub divided. Actual plot is 2400 sq.ft and it is DTCP approved, If I buy only 1200 sq.ft from the Seller what are the thigs I should take care of? Can i Register the 1200 sq.ft before sub division and is there any issues in applying for Sub division later after registration.

Latest Answer: There is no problem selling part of your approved land. Just make sure when splitting the land, both lands have sufficient frontage for construction later.
