Hey folks, Anyone booked an apartment in Gagan Klara, balewadi?
Q: I have visited the Gagan Klara project in balewadi. Though I liked the project, the possession date is 2023 which questions builder's reliability. Can anyone help to get to know about builder's reliability ? - TIA

Hello Upendra I have confirmed from one of the bank, builder have some document pending to get clearance from bank for loan approval. Hello Omkar, I too liked the project and planning to book 2 bhk there. I heard that It has G plus 2 floor are commercial and 3rd to 6th floor are MHADA approved?
Hello Hitesh I also have heard this, but yes i will confirm this with sales person. How is your view about the reputation builder or developer?
