Q: I own a first floor flat in an apartment that has 4 flats. There is a ground floor flat directly below mine that comes for sale and I am happy to buy it. If I buy it, I would own 2/4 flats and from an UDS perspective, I would have 50% land. Would that mean I can re-build my 50% land in future with other flat owners' consent?
