Q: I recently booked a flat in rays of dawn. Wanted to know the preschools or schools near the provient.Any leads would be appreciated
Q: wow, I like your project and we want know safety measures which had been taken while designing the project and also while executing the projects?
Q: This 59-acre project is located off Mysore road in the South of Bangalore. This area is slated for development due to its proximity to NICE corridor and its easy connectivity to Electronic City, Tumkur Road, Bannerghatta Road and other parts of Bangalore through NICE road and Mysore Road.
Q: I booked a 3bhk in Sunworth phase 2 in hurry due lucrative offers(fake ones) given to me.1. I was told I am getting a Premium apartment in price of classic saving me about 1.5 lakhs. When I checked the brochure the unit assigned to me was a classic one. I contacted the sales person and he sent me a pic from his system showing it was a premium apartment. Which was not true. during the welcome call the customer care team clearly told that it was a classic apartment2. I was told I have 15 days to cancel my booking if i decide not to go ahead. So I just booked the apartment in two days.3. Processing of document will happen in 2 days within the booking days. Nothing happened till 4 days. After 4 days I told them I want to cancel due to personal reason. Distance from office, My frequent travel, distance from airport and schooling for my kid who will going to 1st standard in 2017 and all the good schools are 7-10 kms away.Then they tried to woo me with different details talks with so called managers. They talk as if they are quite big people and they are doing favour to me by talking to me. for info I myself is a manager and have 25 engineers in my team. At last when I was not convinced they put their final card. I will loose 1 lakh booking amount if I go ahead with cancelling. This was part of booking agreement which they never gave a copy and It was my mistake that I didn't read it.I eve proposed them to keep the money as token for future project near my preferred locations. Which was denied saying there is no such scheme in Purvankara.So my request be 200% sure while signing any agreement with Purvankara/provident and always take a copy of agreement. If I would have the copy I would have stopped the cheque payment through bank.
Q: Provident has indicated that possession can be given only after registration after obtaining E khatha which is a long process. Why not give possession now?
Q: Which all units are available here ? Can you share the price details of the project ?
Q: Anybody heard about the project Provident Sunworth City which is coming up in Mysore Road. If yes please update me....
Q: It is very important to keep the home / family clean. Normally in high rised residential building, under every kitchen cabinets have waste disposal chute. So that, easily can dispose waste, it directly deposit to ground floor to collect everyday by BBMP/concern department. Atleast every floor should provide one waste disposal chute. I can't able to see in Sunworth's broucher / typical floor plan, please clarify.
