Latest Answer: One of the worst builder in Bangalore. Please think number of times before taking flat in PSR Builders. Cheap Quality, Seepage problem, Electric Problem and Construction quality is very cheap. Low quality raw materials, parking issues, power cable issues and what not. You name it you will find all problems in PSR Builders. Please think multiple times before taking flat in PSR and don't become one more scapegoat.

Latest Answer: Better you check 10-20 times before booking PSR builder properties. Read reviews, Check with nearby location peoples, occupants there before booking with PSR Aster. I recently booked (Jan-2015) one 2BHK flat nearby PSR Aster (PSR Flora).Check throughly for deviations from the blue prints, especially for floor area. Price wise also you will get better options from nearby builders. Another main thing is while dealing with any cash transactions with PSR Builders, make it clear. Always prompt for bills or receipts as soon as you pay them. If you are not taking steps carefully, you will be in mess like me and my collegue. (Even though we had receipts, Me and my friend suffered a lot) Just send legal notice to them for getting our money back. Check the floor area and make sure the carpet area and floor area are good as mentioned take care

Is it approved by SBI and how much are they charging for amenities?
Q: I came to know, their amenities charges are on a higher side and they are not providing any scope for Cauvery water pipeline connection to the apartment.
